Help upgrading Uconnect
 

I recently purchased a late 2014 V6 Trailhawk, but the software is very out-of-date. Anyone know how to download the upgrade from 14.05.3 to 17.11.07? When I put in my own VIN on the Uconnect software website it says I am already up-to-date. After sine research, I downloaded the update onto my USB following instruction from http://jeepgarage.org/f155/17-11-07-...an-170962.html
HOWEVER, I got an error message saying stick contains NA but target is RW (I gather this means I had the US and Canada update:(
I would really like to have the latest update.
Any suggestions?

That's really weird. I have the latest updates installed by the dealer yet when I type in my VIN it tells me there is an update and offers the one I have currently installed!

You may need to get a copy from another Candian or even take a USB to a dealer and ask them to copy it to the USB. They shouldn't charge for that.
