Seems a little slow on here so here is one of my little bro's ZG.
Its a 1996 Limited owned by a previous forum member and he has got a 1.5 inch coil packer lift, chopped gaurds and 33s on it. Works really well but still has a little rubbing. Plan is to bump stop the hell out of it, D44 the rear and TJ transfer case and run 35s! Should be good. http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j1...ishwasJeep.jpg |
just jam some front springs in the rear and it should level up.Looks cool though

It actually sits pretty level it's just that the front guards have about 3 inch's cut out of them and the back is just rolled at the top. If you look close you can see how much has been taken out of the front.
It's a pretty cool dunger cause it's so low and cheap that you can hate on it pretty easy! We're gonna make custom control arms and stretch it 2 inchs in the front and back to get it away from the fire wall and the rear doors and then go for the 35s. It'll end up with 2 custom diffs so the plan is to relocate the diff coil buckets to make up for the stretch... Should be different anyway... Love the super low big wheel look at the moment... |
Just as a side note... we put it on 37s and they are just too big... but it looked PHAT AS HELL... so I'm trying to convince him that we can get it to work... I think it'll have about 1 inch of uptravel so It'd be ruff as hell but how rank would it be with 1.5 inch lift, slight stretch and 37s!
I'll keep working on him! |

Hey bsm381,
Fair bit of air you got there (no I wasn't trying to bust a rhyme...) :D It's cool to see someone taking a WH off the blackstuff in Perth. I don't think I've ever seen a WH dirty or remotely offroad in Perth. |

More Grand Cherokee driver's need to post their pics!
Pics of our recent outing last Sat for a few hours in Harvey WA. Thanks again to Vman for giving directions to where the 'not so hardcore' stuff was... The TJ is HURTA82 and the Surf was another mate testing out his brand new MTZ's. http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...7&d=1246935691 http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...8&d=1246935691 http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...9&d=1246935691 http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...0&d=1246935691 http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...1&d=1246935691 |
