Is This a New FCA Low?
 

I have previously posted that l had a 'water under the passenger seat' issue with my Overland. No air-suspension and other electronic functions. As posted - I had the issue fixed myself due to no contact from the dealer or FCA.

I couldn't believe it but last week the dealer rang me to say the parts had arrived!!!! 6 months and 2 weeks after l reported the issue and had not been able to drive the car for over 5 months until l had no choice but to have it fixed myself.

The dealer was VERY annoyed that they were now inconvenienced [their words] by having several very expensive parts and nothing to do with them.

I was very helpful though and said that actually l do have an idea as to what [where] you can put those expensive parts!!

In the whole 6 months and 2 weeks - I NEVER had contact from the dealer or FCA.

I dont know if its a new low , but its about what we have come to expect from the most wonderful people at Jeep/FCA

A bigger bunch of dildonic fools I have never met

But there is alot to be said about getting work done on your car anywhere other than Jeep
