Newbie to off-roading

Hi, just dropping a new thread to say hello. Am completely new to 4WD and off-roading.

Just got a 2015 Wrangler Sport and finally had a day out at the powerlines track on Sun. Best day out I've had in a long time and now I'm hooked. Unfortunately most of my friends aren't into off-roading so I'm on the lookout for anyone who wants to head out for some driving anytime.

The Jeep is still stock with factory all-terrain tires and I'll definitely be looking to upgrade. Doing some research at the moment but in the meantime would love to take her out a bit more, test the limits and learn to get a bit more technical with my off-roading.

Hi mate, I have also just got myself a 2015 JKU Rubicon in late December. Still stock at the moment but that wont be for long once SBR get their hands on it. I have taken it out to stretch her legs a few times and am absolutely loving it. Like yourself I don't have that many mates into 4wding and am looking for more people to wheel with. I would definitely be interesting in heading out with you. Send me a pm and we can see when we can get this to happen.

Newbie

Hi Camverra,

My wife and I also live in Perth and have recently bought a Jeep JK 22dr. Would like to get to know fellow Jeepers and start doing some 4X4 stuff. We have only been to Preston beach once and loved it.
If you would still like to go 4x4 with a fellow Jeeper just let us know.

Have a good one.

Add yourself to the group N.O.R 4wd club on facebook. They have meets every fortnight and all are a good bunch who drive all types of different vehicles. Also perth jeep community is another one to look out for.
