Rear brake pads

Hi there!

I nwwd some new rear pads, I was just placing a quadratec order (I need a pinion seal which no one in Aus seems to stock) and thought I would throw the pads in too.

My question is, are the Rear Brake Pads the same in the CRD as the petrol?

According to the parts manual I have, they both use the same pads.

FYI - theres an entry in the Replacment Parts list for them from DBA( a major brake supplier ) - they are readily available.

I just swapped out my rears 2 days ago the screeching was become unbearable and somewhat embarassing.... the left one was virtually on the backing plate.

Called Burson and they could get Bendix rears for $115.00 but had to be freighted from Ballarat, you might have to jump on the Bendix site to tell them the part number because its not on their system yet.

I got a pair from ABS brakes, TWXXXXX some euro brand for 140.
