New Gold Coast Mechanic needed Hi Gents and Ladies, I am in need for a new mechanic on the Gold Coast. Can anyone suggest someone. I drive a 2005 TJ . I am happy to drive up to the southern Brisbane suburbs also if that helps.
Look forward to a reply with some good news. Thanks Heaps Steve :toilet: |
Try out Mark - - owner of 'Off Road world', he's been my preferred mechanic and the mechanic for many other Tj & XJ owners around the GC. He lovingly hates Jeeps (he's a Pootrol nut) but knows them very well! He has sponsored at least 3 TJ comp vehicles (with his services) over the years including the TJ I used to navi for, for 3 years.
He's a one man operation so you must be patient and book in but his service is quality, his prices are not over the top, with a 'no BS' advice attitude. i.e. he won't jump on some sales pitch bandwagon and promote crap but will advise you of options available if inquiring. Plus as i said before, he knows the TJ very well. |
I agree with Fat Chilli. Mark knows his way around a TJ well.

If you want a Jeep specialist on the Gold Coast, try Wayne at Jeep Ford at Burleigh Heads, there's always 5 or 6 jeeps in the workshop at anyone time, he won't work on Jap crap, only works on Jeeps & F trucks,
I was down there last Monday week getting some work done on my JK & the guy from Sprintex super chargers in Perth was there helping to install the 1st TJ supercharger on the east coast, awesome bit of gear Clockwork Orange 1983 CJ8 work in progress, Red 2009 JKU Auto V6 Sprintex Super Charger from JeepFord |
