GC wk seat covers

Hello All
This may have been covered, but I cannot see a full thread.
Given that the standard Laredo has cloth "heated" seats, with air bags.
Has anyone purchased or installed a seat cover for the front seats.
I desperately require something, as work ( and play ) will soil these very quickly.
cheers

My Deisel Laredo is still on its way, but have had the same thoughts. My research to date is check out the sheep skin range at Supa Cheap Auto as they have several for 4WD seats with the airbag fitment.
Alternatively I have seen an add for SheepskinTailors in one of the 4X4 mags and was going their next if the SC one's weren't ok.
Hope this helps.

gday Scarps
Do you know how the heated seats perform with these?
cheers

My thinking is sheepskin being a natural wool product should be safe and if anything retain either the heat or the cool. I had lambswool overlays on my previous Jeep and they were fine, just moved around too much, hence why I'm looking at the fully fitted seat cover this time.

Do a search for Ruffnuts seat covers, they made a full set for our Laredo, just make sure you are sitting down for the price, had them on for 6 months now, they are well made and comfy

Thanks Yoda
I spoke to them yesterday, and may give them a go.
Regarding the heat from the heated seating, have you noticed how much this is reduced thru the seat covers?
cheers

HaHaHaHaHaHaHa, mate I live in Darwin NT:mrgreen:, our coldest night is 17 deg C
have only tried the heat once for fun, and it felt like my arse was on fire:p, I don't think the seat covers made any difference
