New Radiator Time

My radiator is shot....

Looking at alloy - Mishimoto and Griffin are all LHD and i'd need to cut the brackets off and get them welded on....I guess not a biggie really.

I have an ancient PWR in the TJ currently and they want $800 and need to get it out to get it measured by their CAD system and then I'd need another 3 weeks whilst they make it.

Call my mate, Norig from Strathfield Radiators, he can make full custom brass radiators if you're that keen.

I got a brass/coppper radiator off ebay for around $300 delivered no modification needed to fit and is a very well made unit.

I should have mentioned, I run 35" muddies, 4.5" lift and a winch in QLD and tow a trailer when I go camping....the stock radiators are probably great for stock jeeps.

I've brought a few of these ones for tj coper brass two year warranty for 500 ish by memory , no waiting for it either. Can get the cheaper ones too but i only like the quality ones .The alloy type are a throw away unit , can't repair them . So bit of a waist . So I've been told by several radiator shops. So if the core gets damaged by stick or mud , can't reuse the tanks .

Yep, and that brass transfers heat better and can be repaired on the side of the road.

Just get a Copper/Brass ADRAD, $390 and should be able to get one within hours.

I highly doubt many Jeeps get the workout mine does and i've never had either of mine run hot with the ADRADs. Even dragging the camper trailer down the beach on 40+ degree days i've never had an issue.
