Options for dedicated muddies.

I've searched but all the posts I can find delve into DD's and go through less aggressive tyres.
I'm looking at getting a set of tyres just for offroad, so I don't care about dual purpose and I'll run my current pro comp a/t's as my dd's back on the stock rims. I'm looking at getting a good very aggressive set of 35's.

I have a set of pro comp 7009 rims which I picked up used but almost new. I believe they are a 17x9 with a 4.75 back space... but I'm not 100% certain. They came off a 4 door JK so they could be 17 x 8 with 4.5 inch back space, will this matter to run a 35 x 12.5 x 17?
I'm running a 3" lift.

Due to 17" required to clear the front brakes it ruled out the simex centipede options as they only go up to 16".. same with the silverstone copies.
Treps go to 17" but are then only available in 37's.

Other options were baja claws, mtz's, toyo's etc. I also really like the nitto mud graps.

I'm not bead locked so I need something that will get some bag out on a 2 door. I want something that will handle our conditions around Melbourne, so that's mud, clay and rocks.
What am I missing? looking for some opinions on what people have run or heard about.

pretty sure Interco do some 17's.. Swampers.. LTB's etc..

EDIT - just checked.. you can get a LTB in 34x10.50-17LT .. that might be an interesting tyre here in the Melbourne slop..

I run a procomp extreme mud on my DD, in 35. find them great in the wet and great in the mud. I am yet to try them on some good rocks tho.

Federal Couragia M/T

Had them on my zook, but can't comment on how good they are as I never went through anything challenging enough to push them, but I only ever got stuck when I was crossed over or hung up.

They were too noisy on the tarmac and quite dangerous in the wet though.

guys, he's asking about aggressive tyres.. IMO Couragia's, Extreme Mud, MTZ etc etc are "dual purpose" for want of a better term..

Treps, Centipedes and Swampers is what I think he is asking about :0=

Shattering ya can't run 16 inch rim cause simex are where it's at

Trepadoors come in 35 inch now but there not the "stickys"
and don't have the big side bitters, same in centre tho but more of a dual purpose

Richo on the forum has bfg rock crawlers more aggressive then bfg mud terrain they work good in mud expensive tyres tho

Few of my mates with pootrolls run mudzillas pretty good in the mud and rocks

Don't think swampers are good enough for vic mud, tsl bloggers are good in thick mud not sure if they make a 17 inch?

Makes it hard with 17 inch rims
