2012 JK Wrangler Unlimited Auto Pentastar White

ITEM: 2012 JK Wrangler Unlimited Sport. This is the 3.6 Pentastar model with the 5 speed auto, renegade pack, ARB bullbar, IPF spotlights, towbar, hard and soft top, tinted windows.

TO SUIT: Any wanting to take over a fully maintained lease for a JKU and allow their tax to pay for it.

REASON FOR SELLING: Circumstances changed with my work and no longer have a car allowance or business to make the most of tax benefits.

PRICE AND PRICE CONDITIONS: Need someone to take over the lease as to sell I would be hit with too many fees. Approx $1300 per month fully maintained incl, petrol, service, rego, insurance, tyres etc One year has been paid off it so it would be a great deal for anyone that can take advantage of leasing. It is a fully maintained lease.

I really need to move this one, please message me if you are interested for more details

Just to clarify, the lease is a fully maintained lease (services, tyres, rego, petrol) through Maxxia/Macquarie bank. $1300 per month with 4 years remaining out of a 5 year lease.

Thanks

so thats a $62,400 total cost over 4 years? (4*12*$1,300) BEFORE TAX

Does the buyer get to keep the car at the end of the lease period (i guess not)

Is there a fuel/km's limit per year?

There is the potential to pay the $1,300 in pre-tax earnings correct?
i.e. if you are in the +$80,000pa bracket (37% tax) then it is effectively
$819 per month after tax

($1-0.37c)*1300=$819

or $39,312 over the next 4 years (in post tax income)

I would say this could be worth it if you use (and will keep using) a tank of fuel each week (at least $20,000 over 4 years at 'current' petrol prices)

Add another $10,000 at for tyres, dealer servicing and rego over 4 years

that leaves $9,312 for depreciation over 4 years

This seems like a good deal if you cover a lot of km's and there is no fuel/km's limit on the lease (would be a great deal if you used 2 tanks per week!)
