J10 seats

Hey. Previous owner has put some random seats in my J10 and id like to replace them with something a bit more comfortable and hardier. Could anyone suggest some seats that will fit easily, are comfortable and resistant to mud and water (leather maybe?) and where can I buy them?
Thanks.

Get high back seats out of a FSJ wagon?
Anything other than stock will mean modding the seat rails, or building your own perches.

Do they bolt in? Any pics of the seats? Any idea where I can get them from?
Thanks.

At a guess CJ 7 seats would bolt in, seeing as they are about same vintage..... Good luck finding any though.
See what Gary thinks at Soutars.?

Even FSJ seats are hard to find, unless you know someone. Plus they will probably be sagged in the seat and fubar anyway.

Personally, I'd go something like SS bommodore or XR Foulcan seats, with rails, and adapt these to the perches. Easy, comfortable, and abundant. With a bit of wiring, you could probably get the power ones to work too.

I have some TJ seats in the shed so if I can't find anything else ill use them.
Ill have a chat to him when I go back for a roadie, he was on leave last time.
Might have a look around the wreckers for something nice as well. See how the commodore ones are.
Also do you know if the tt fab soa kit and shackle reversal would fit a cj10? And what knuckles id need for a high steer conversion on a rhd model?
Thanks.

The tt kit should work. bJ's Offroad also sell a kit, can't recall if its the same or one of their own.
I had Reid Racing hi steer knuckles ready to go on my fsj, never fitted them though.
