Were they supposed to come as standard? Holes are there for them but none fitted??

Rear, or both!

I thought rear were on every model. Interesting if they aren't. Means it would be roadworthy without them. Mine definitely did not come with fronts.

Nope.. Anything built after 01.01.14 does not come/have mudflaps. All deleted from from the JK. Ours was off the production line 06.01.14 and no mud flaps. Was the 1st thing I noticed when picking the baby up. I also called Jeep HQ in Melb and they gave me this info as I didn't really believe the stealer.
