Roof rail bolt rust.
 

Heads up! I removed the roof rails today in prep for a vinyl wrap. Was surprised at the surface rust already started on the torxs head bolts and rivet nuts securing the rails to the rooftop. Cleaned up the bolts but not much I can do with the nuts as they are in the roof, they must be cup head nuts to stop the water leaking into the hood liner.
