Windows 10
 

Quite some time ago, Microsoft plopped an icon on my task bar, and said I can have Windows 10 upgrade free, when it gets here.
Well, it arrived. I'm just waiting now for it to do its business and see what all the hooah is about.
I'm using 7 home premium atm.

Takes a little bit of adjusting, but it is heaps better. I've been running the preview version for the last few months and cannot find a single thing worse than windows 8.

That's a good start. I'm still thinking if I should go into the pit that fast like the last time I did with Windows 8 which truly is a big bog hole. :)

I upgraded from 8.1 to 10 the other night. Had some issues with the track pad not scrolling and found many had the same issue. Unistalled the drivers and rebooted and it reinstalled them and worked fine. The next day an update for the trackpad drivers rolled out.... still works fine after the update but probably just fided the initial compatibility issues for those who hadnt got it working yet.

Couple of little issues with security needing re-installing etc, but on the whole, so far, ....... I dunno. ???

Do yourself a favor and switch to LinuxMint or Ubuntu.
