Anyone dealt with this vendor?

I made a comment on their Facebook that I didn't like the look of one of their products and got instantly banned from the page!

They are selling the same Chinese rear bar I bought direct form China for $600 extra.

Can only say they are selling Chinese copies of different products with a price tag close to the genuine for some. For the genuine products they sell, they are not cheaper to any other.
Personally, I would prefer to go with a vendor that either selling all "copies" or genuine. Having said that you can try to work out which ones are copies on their site. :)

Keep looking, Don't do it.

Patience is required if you do order...

Placed an order a week and a half a go, and they've gone ghost on me.

No contact

No tracking numbers

And yesterday that mobile number disconnected.

They use polipayment (Aussie post system) which means I can't cancel the transaction either as it isn't PayPal or credit card.

Such a scourge to the jeep community.

What are my options and how long do I have to wait before I can contact consumer affairs or the ACCC?
