Replacement Steering linkage

After 135,000 KM & 9 years the steering linkage boots have deteriorated with one weeping grease.
Main concern is the Toe on alignment is out a bit and the adjusters are totally solid / rusted in so considering replacing the lot.
Dealer prices on Mopar parts are extreme especially for the main tie rod.
So looking at the Crown equivalents at less than half the cost.

Whats your thoughts on durability of the Crown as a replacement for this.
Most of my off road use is just tracks & occasional off road sites, but always give it plenty of 'mechanical sympathy' in doing so.

Cheers

I put in a crown drag link as replacement, ended up lasting less than 20,000km before ends started showing excessive play. Replaced with Teraflex unit, which has seen over 20,000km without an issue. Teraflex unit is beefy, offers easy adjustment and preload on ends can be adjusted as ends start to wear, decent price too.

And I'm betting it was still cheaper than OEM... At least if you priced it from a local FCA dealer.

Everything crown makes fails with only a few 1000km's on it..
Go a proven name brand and never look back. Do it right the first time. If money is a factor then find someone who has just upgraded the parts on a new/near new car, Most times you can find the part for $50 bucks or free
