Engine problem and black smoke

hello everyone
my english is kinda weak and i will try to explain the problem i have as good as i can
so one night i was driving and i heard a pop under the hood then i noticed the steering wheel is has as rock to move..i pulled over and noticed one of the belt tensioners is gone..the bolt of the tensioner broke and i lost the tensioner
i was on a road where i didn't have any space to let the car..so i drove slowly watching coolant gage and making some stops when it hits 100 degreees..i was close to some parking space and i drove kinda long distance and the engine was between 105-110 degrees..next day i fixed all up and the car is running
well after that i noticed when starting up the car and it is idling the rpm would drop and feel like the engine has a misfire ..and when i just start the car and go when i accelerate first time it spits out a huge cloud of black smoke and changing gears on redline does the same..i have to mention i didn't had those problems before overheating the engine
it is the same thing like when your pressure regulator is bad..but it does that like 1 2 times then it stops for 30 ..and when the engine heats up that missfire if i can call it that is gone but black smoke remains
i had the injectors rebuild 6 months ago, brand new fuel pressure regulator
i tried reading fault codes and i got those
Reading engine faults:
P0703
P0100
Reading gearbox faults:
P2602
P2310
one of the errors i think its from the air flow sensor because i forgot to plug it in back before scanning it
also i made a video for you to see better
you ca hear the noise it makes at the following seconds: 6, 11, 21 and 27
hope someone cand help me with this problem
thank you

Check for excessive blow-by, so much overheating could have done some damage to a cylinder.
Wj diag pro has injector trim value checks, you can start there.

It seems to be very irregular, if there was other problems I'd expect it to be more of a consistent problem. I'm starting to think there may be an issue with an injector and it may be purely coincidental.

Are you using any coolant at all?

Of course i changed it a few months ago
Its weird because it started when i heated up the engine

So you replaced the coolant a while back if I'm reading this correctly. Is the level of the coolant bottle decreasing or possibly increasing.

Just wondering if you have a head gasket problem.
