Goodrich TA KO2 Sizes I was told by Highway Tyres in Melbourne that Goodrich don't import their T/A KO2 all terrains into Australia in the 265/65/18 size.
Is that correct? |
Hi, they are avavilable on tyresales.com.au

Thanks Tra1LHawk.
That is obviously Highway Tyres code for - 'WE don't stock them' lol. |
Just wondering what these tyres are like on the road?
Currently running the original Goodyear Wranglers that come with the 'adventure ' pack, done 39 k and reckon I'll be lucky to get another 10k out of them. |
General rule of thumb is that the more kms you get out of a tyre the less grip they have.
There are some (very minor) exceptions but this is the case. 265/65r18 size in the KO2 is a grey import i'm pretty sure, that's why some places can get it and others cannot. EDIT: BFG now list this size on their Australian website. |
I got 80,000 kms out of original Goodyear Silent Armours.
Currently 40,000 kms on Goodrich TA KO2 275/65 R18. They have a little more road noise after the first 10,000 kms but they are still going good and still have about 50 percent left till the wear markers. Next, I think I will be going to Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac in the same size, these have excellent reviews in the U.S.A on Grand Cherokee's. |
Mine are that exact size. Got them from Jax.
