4” superlift

Calling anyone in Australia who currently have this lift installed.

Would like to know shocks and springs you are running in front.

Looking at changing the the oem, since the superlift utilises the factory struts I can change them now.

Wow didn't realise there were so many components in the kit!

What's your time frame for installation? Keep us updated on progress

About 4weeks
Plasma cut and weld front cross member
Disassemble front and rear diff
Replace diff bushes
Install 4.11 gear ratios
Start installing the lift kit minus rear shocks
Install JBA upper arms
Install rear Bilstein 5165 shocks
Paint rims before mounting 34” tyres

Lots to do.

Going to be such a nice build.

What are the part numbers of your rear shocks?

MRGC 28-07-2020 12:28 AM

I’ll look them up later and post it up, but here are the specs:

The 5165 series are 17.91" collapsed and 31" extended. You get more travel from the 5165 series because the dividing piston is moved to the shock's external reservoir.
