Anyone replaced their O2 sensors? Got any idea what they cost?

I've got an O2 Heater error code. I'm guessing the O2 heater is really only to get it up to temp quicker on starts? Ergo not absolutely mission-critical?

Also to keep the sensor at its ideal temp when the engine is slow running.
Aftermarket sensors are a lot cheaper than genuine, but I found mopar sensors give at least 1.5L/100km better fuel economy on my I6 Laredo than the none genuine sensors so they pay off there extra cost fairly quickly.

I had sudden heater errors on all my O2 sensors.

Took it to a shop, ordered replacements, and they could not get the heater to work properly, so they said it would affect my startup fuel consumption. My Jeep has all sorts of electrical gremlins from the PO that keep popping up as if they were scheduled beforehand.

We ordered Mopar replacements from the US - they got here fairly quickly and weren't too expensive at all.

Not sure how it affects mileage, but I am beginning to get used to the codes at least.

mine used to have that issue (back in 2009), all 4 O2 sensor error in one go, dealer checked ground wire, change all sensors etc, only resolved after replacing the ECUs. was told the common ground INSIDE the ECU broken

Well how's about that? It was on my radar but the price to just try and see was a bit too risky. It is good to know when more breaks and I have to change the ECU that it'll probably fix that as well!

I can't remember the exact details of the fault since its long time ago, I remember its all 4 sensors thrown code at the same time. it was one of the known issues on JK forum (US). I printed the whole thread out gave it to the dealer so they eventually agree to try a new ECU after a few visits, which fixed my problem.

I had some errors, & did some troubleshooting by swapping them across sides. They are fairly cheap, but there are reports of compatability issues with some.
