re-tube that shaft with something heavier, otherwise it will be a regular occurence. it looked as though the welding was fine, it just tore the tube out next to the weld. if you use something with around 5mm wall thickness, they will happily sit and spin on rocks all day with no ill effects. coilovers seemed to behave a bit nicer with some charge in them.. sorry about the carabiner :( |
