After much stuffing around the problems were a poor connection to the brake light part of the dual filament blub on one side (fixed by poking it with a sharp object until the pins aligned)...

I have got a beefier tie rod and the stock tie rod ends now look puny. Arethey strong enoungh ? or shoukld I chnage then?

If I change wahat are the options?

With a bit of luck should not have any problems, the 33's with steel rims weighed 38KG, the 37's on alloy weigh 43kg each, if it breaks its a good excuse to get something bigger
