Sorry I didn't read that you have the tube bar. The point I was describing is on the pressed "c" section standard bar.

There should be one on the front bar. It bolts up using the two bolts on the top of the bumper on the drivers side

Locked steering

The vin should be ok! He had keys when I looked at it and I know the owner before him (a workmate). The bloke reefed on the wheel till it "went pop". guess I'm fixing that too!
