I have the dual battery tray that one of the forum members sold a while ago. Basically, you had to cut away part of the battery box, and put the metal tray back into place. fits 2 batteries sideways....

Fixed. Indeed cable running from sensor towards other side of the car. Don't exactly know when/what happened, but seems there was a crack in it. Replaced that part and were all good again.
