Thanks for the replies guys much appreciated. Thinking 33s might be the way to go. I do have a 2 inch lift so with a bit of luck should not differ that much when flexing.

I agree with bonza's last comment. Same thing happened to me. A trip to Bunnings and bought some E or C clips and put it on. Haven't had a problem since.

Thanks Mopud, will try for the radiator test to see what goes. Tempted to also try what Dave (SeaComms) suggest and run a bead of sealant where the gasket run and see what happens there.
