T10 is going to require special machining processes meaning higher cost. Will be a lot harder to weld than mild steel. And will be more brittle than mild steel. If it were me I would use mild steel

I normally cruise about 100km/h on the freeway about 30km on the free way per day about 30km stop start, I average 13.5 l/100

This is normal my rear diff runs at around 65 deg Celsius. If you look on the American wrangler forum there is a lot of talk about diff temp including temp readings in Fahrenheit.
