An update, I just disconnected the vacuum controller on the turbo. No more problems!! Power is low at lower RPM tho. Any ideas what might be the prob?

Thanks Matt. Yeah I'll have a good look at everything when I pull it off. I'll clean it up and work out how to blank it off. Blanking should always be done when near new to save all this grief IMHO.
