I think I've settled on Falken Wildpeak AT3W for my next set. They look a bit like the BFGs.

The GC diesels in the US use a different emissions system, we don't have DEF here. And we don't have the same regulations here that were broken in the US. So it looks to be a bit of a waste of time....
