The cooler oil line is low pressure so no need to get carried away with high pressure...

I put my money on your exhurst heating the floor. Wrap some insulation around the exhurst under and forward.you have to do the transmission cooler aswell, that's a given.

The most expensive part of the transmission Pan upgrade is the 1/8 bspt tap, prices varied from $65.00 to $30.00. Not impressed I am. That makes the hole the most expensive 8.4mm on the jeep.
