Mate, it's not too bad, depends alot on your driving position. I've made a mental note of the temp values positions so at a glance I can tell if it needs more attention;).

Well, I mounted the gauge in front of the little stick.
I got all the brass fittings from our local ag/tractor joint. $13 all up. Just have to install it now.
