Thanks - I got some of the bushings from them but was reluctant to fit the polyurethane ones as they were harder than a bodybuilders abs and the ride with the original rubber bushes and 4” springs...

I can't quite tell from your pics as I can't see the full housing but it looks to me that either the sprockets are on in the wrong order or the shaft is in upside down.
