Quadra Trak have the same T/C as Quadra Drive so that may make it easier to find one.

Worn clutch's will trigger the "service 4wd system" but it won't lock out 4low, just cycle the ignition and you will get 4 low back.

I used to get "service 4wd system" while towing, usually hours...

I had the first N23 update and a new shift motor back when it first started out, after 6 months I gave the service centre the up yours and fitted a pre-update FDCM.
Its been in for a couple of years...

This is the code that a faulty transfer case motor throws (incorrect voltage signal from T/C motor).
Combined with the other codes you have I would be looking for bad connections or bad earths...
