I've got the same problem, about the only ones that will give me full coverage (2") are DBOR Flats and Bushwacker Pockets - and i'm not sold on the look of either.

The other option is spacers...

Nope, that'd be far too easy. You'd need a tuner like those from Superchips or Diablo to change the shift points. Not sure if you can set the numbers manually or have to go with a canned setup though.
