Jeepers - we had the car lifted off the ground...

Jeepers - we had the car lifted off the ground and running and the noise was there. We did initially think it could be the Tyres but that exercise ruled this out I think.

Its definitely a motion sound, and gets louder as the car is moving faster. Left hand side is actually louder than the right hand side too.

KJ Rear Bearing Noise?

Hi guys,

our 03 KJ is just over 130000 and we're hearing a fairly distinctive noise coming from the rear when driving - suspecting its the bearings?

Can anyone tell me if this is a normal thing...

hi Cmohr,

there is ABS and we were told bleeding the brakes whilst the car is running gets the ABS to work... so thats how the mechanic bled the brakes and still no joy from the pedal. No leaks...

yeah, its a real shame they discontinued or don't sell the brackets, nudge bars separately. I can understand if the car is 20yrs old - but KJ's are barely 10yrs old and there's no support for them...
