P0204 injector #4 problems

I’m having problems with a P0204 code #4 injector getting an occasional misfire and shutting down when driving. Where do I start to diagnose the problems?

Yeah swapped them around and all tested fine. There also seems to be a sensor on the back of where the water pump that ties in with harness with the starter and the crank sensor, what’s that one?

So I can short the starter and get it to turn over and throw out the cog but still only a click with the key.

I just find it odd how no problems then half way down the road and shut down then only a click from the starter but won’t turn over. Could clutch start it but an hour later up the motorway and same...

The battery and starter are both fine. After clutch starting it will run fine for about an hour and then cut out.
