Only minor damage of tail light, rear panel and hardtop. Think hardtop was save by the Rhino backbone system on the inside stopping it cracking....

Had rhino rack backbone system fitted today and then had to refit my battery tray using 2 mounting points the backbone system uses. Bolts are not tightening properly so I think i need longer bolts on...

Fitted the new battery carrier I picked up yesterday. Frees up floor space in luggage area. Well powder coated and easy to fit (no drill). Now need to extend wiring from RHS to LHS.

No rattles so I am happy. Just waiting on number plate relocation bracket to arrive...

Removing the old bar was easier than what I expected. Undo 6 bolts, 2 on LH chassis rail, 2 on RH chassis rail and 2 on cross member which holds towbar.

I had them at 14000k and ended up re torqueing the bolts on track bar. must of worked loose. Dealer couldn't find anything wrong. All okay now touch wood.

Purchased a torque wrench and re torqued track bar. Took vehicle to Brisbane to dealer whole said they couldn't find any faults but mechanic tried to blame aftermarket disconnects.

No DW on way...
