Connecting rod bearing cap bolts. IrishCoffee from Romania had this failure. The photos are his. He reported about 10-15 cases in Europe. I counted up to 5 in Aus. Engines are 08-09 at ~120-180K.

It's on the alternator, 3-pin connector with 1 active wire. Mine defaulted to 14.2-14.3V once I disconnected it. But you'll get battery warning light as the ECM senses it no more.
