Rhino backbone system / bracket space between roof and bracket?

Is there supposed to be a slight gap / space between the bracket on the inner side and the roof itself? Rears sit flush but fronts don't? This is on a 2dr.

Anyone have photos so I can compare?

But they changed oil and updated some engine software and transmission software (apparently?)
