You can get a electric fan to pull heaps of air but you need a real good alternator. Nothing for nothing. Trucks use clutch fans for a reason

The clutch fan stops in water, I've had mine in a creek waiting for the winch for 10 min, water over my driver seat. Water filling the tail pipe was the biggest issue. Requires a clear out with rpm....

I'm on my 5th XJ petrol.
All standard Cooling systems save for the Auto transmission cooler separated from the Radiator.
None over heat and I run AC 24/7 and live and work in Northern Australia....
