Got the spare mounted up on a pedestal, with 3 wheel studs to hold it down like the original carrier.

Bounced the bejesus out of it tonight and nothing came...

Ok, the steel frame is welded up and going to get galvanised and powder coated. Top deck is 3mm ally sheet. Still got to do the final fitout of this.

Also will make a small steel frame from angle...
