When i've had my front shaft rebuilt I made a point of telling the guys that whilst it's a front shaft it's constantly spinning... so needs to be balanced.

Those JKS arms pictured on the quadratec site certainly have a whack looking joint on the axle end. On their website the joint appears to be much more in line with what everone else is doing....

Fitted new rotors on the front and put a small parts kit through the rear drums .. and drove it around the front yard for a bit ensuring the brakes kinda work :)

Could be your throw out bearing which is actuated when you depress the clutch.

Mine went and made a farking racket when ever your pressed the clutch in .. and you could here it but a lot quieter...
