I'm still looking for the AC pressure -> cooling fan map. My hydrocarbon system (Hychill Minus 30) runs at a much lower pressure than the standard R134a, so the fan is not speeding up when it should.

The TPS hangs off a bracket on the left side firewall, above the intake manifold. Using the diag software, it should read between 0 and 100% depending on throttle position.

The swirl flaps do not move with the throttle position. They are controlled by the ECU based mostly on TPS, manifold pressure and RPM. With WJ Diag you can manually actuate them with the engine "on"...

Typically, re-using injectors does not succeed. That said, I have an old set of injectors stored away, but only for emergency use - not for permanent replacement.
