4.1 would be a much better ratio for the petrol manual. it turns the diesel into a real beast. the diesel could carry a higher gearing, but the petrol has 300nm as opposed to the diesel 400nm and it revs much higher. to my mind the 4.1 ratios are ideal and a "must have" on the petrol. make the change mate, they fit in the same diff housing. available now through dealers and aftermarket like wooders. it will seem like a different vehicle.
