I have had a roof rack for 2 years on my JK.
Assume that the roof can carry 0 kg and brace internally onto the body in the back and the roll cage in the front.
Travelled 2800km in 8 days across the South coast from Albany to Isrealite with 100kg on the top, no cracks, still going.
