Just make sure you flush the pipes before refitting ... to get rid of any filings ... a pipe cutter causes less mess than a hacksaw.

Hey carves, do the factory metal pipes need to be flared or anything beforehand? Or is just the rubber transmission hose over the metal pipe (edges cleaned up of course) and a couple of hose clamps ok?
