Just bought a 2000 XJ which is missing this due to either bodgy safari snorkel install or bushwacker fender install to accommodate the 33" muddies. 
If you have an unmodified airbox then I might be interested in that too - rather than patch mine when new snorkel bits come.

Hi, yes I have the washer bottle with the two pump motors, $25pp, no airbox though as it is sold already....
