Yes Dave, all went in smoothly, only issue I had was a march fly got me on the back of the neck whilst tensioning up the rear lower shock (from beside the vehicle). I jumped and the spanner in my right hand slipped off the nut and I punched the ground with my knuckles and scraped my bicep across the disc... Wasnt happy...

Just dug up the old stats and it went from 593 front and 572 rear to 630 front 595 rear. So its sitting 37mm higher in the front and 20mm higher in the rear. That will drop once the bar goes on the front in the near future.

Increase from stock is now 104mm front and 83mm rear... So much for keeping within the 50mm rule (damn, thats 4 inches in the front - def does not look it! Pic to follow in a few minutes.
