Ford's v6 CRD does 6.5 l/100km, and with a 75-litre fuel tank has 'theoretical' driving range of 1154km off one fill.
Ford charges $3250 more for this motor, Chrysler charges $4000 more for I4 CRD.
The Wrangler is a fantastic car in almost every respect but both current motors let this car down.
If we don't expect Chrysler to do better, we won't get better.
