The pivot is made with a steel sleeve with a 9/16 hole through it which fits perfectly with a geniune front lower control arm bolt which is used to hold it in place, the sleeve is then bushed with ralloy which I machined into a top hat shape so it has ralloy above and under the the steel sleeve.
Ralloy is an industrial plastic which has self lubricating properties and is extremely strong.
I will machine up another set of bushes as a spare but these will last for years.....
