Being an 04 you should have Akebono calipers not the early teves ones.The teves calipers can be prone to rotor warping due to uneven pad pressure.That said my 00 WJ has 205K on the clock with teves calipers, DBA slotted rotors & bendix 4x4 pads & Ive had absolutely no touble at all.
Maybe you have a siezed or at least sticky caliper, definately not normal to have the problems your experiencing unless your exceptionally hard on brakes, towing heavy loads down hills etc.
